I understand that in exchange for the paid fee, a team will be formed with uniforms bearing the Sponsor Name identified on this form:

The sponsorship will be active for the current league season only.
Sal Tinari Biddy Basketball, Inc. also acknowledges that the sponsor will not be liable for any further monetary expenditure associated with the team sponsorship identified in this agreement.
In the event that this sponsorship is not needed, the sponsorship fee will be returned in full to the sponsor as soon as possible.
